Working along side groups such as Stocklands, QLD Rail, Officeworks, Education QLD, Defence QLD, QLD Health and more, we thrive in divisions where we can offer subcontracted trades to work with clients and reach KPI’s and deadlines.

Our focus is also on being your Builder.

Our clients include Village Roadshow, Veteran Service RSL QLD, Mates4mates, Forte Senes Property Development and shopping centres, CCB Envico, Reeves International (Tarawah).

International:-

Director Patrick Swanepoel pioneered the light weight steel in his home country South Africa. With this, his work in countries such as South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, Tanzania, Mozambique, Congo, UAE, Scotland and England has seen first world building technologies in establishing everything from architectural designed homes, to government hospitals and more.

Today, with his Son, Darren, they continue to complete projects globally, working alongside large global construction companies in the Pacific Islands.

Together, both Patrick, Darren and the team at QM20, offer 50+ years of extensive experience in all aspects of building.  QM20 looks forward to working with you.
